Confused ??

I have been a bulb customer for two months now ever since I’ve been with them I’ve never had any emergency credit on my gas meter but when my gas goes it says I’ve used it when I know I haven’t and also when I top up it gives me the correct amount now if I’d used my emergency it would take it out of my top up amount there is no debt on the meter and also my gas is going far too quickly I somehow used £7 in two days just having two baths nothing else in my property runs off gas this clearly isn’t right tried speaking to someone about it and all they done was email me some forms about understanding gas metres and why I may not be getting the right amount of credit eventhough I am! Any help would be much appreciated.
