I joined bulb in June this year… I pay in £100 a month and currently my balance on my account is £310 with another £100 being added today.
The balance hasn’t ever gone down, it just keeps going up… Which indicates that bulb haven’t charged me anything yet for my gas or electric.
Anyone know why this is or have any experience with this at all?
I submit meter readings every month for both gas and electric too.
I live in a 4 bed house with 5 children.
My friend who also uses bulb says her account shows when the balance goes down as well as up.
