I have been receiving conflicting information from Bulb regarding my gas supply. I have been told by Paul in customer services that Bulb have been supplying my gas since 26th Feb. but Freddie has told me that the switchover has not gone through yet! In the meantime I am paying both Bulb and EDF for my supply and to be quite honest I am getting very concerned! Can someone please help??

@Holly1 – @“Freddie at Bulb” is correct. We’re having trouble registering your gas meter. Freddie will keep you posted, including regarding financials. You should only be paying for electricity right now.
