My smart meters are not broadcasting readings (The gas meter LED panel is blank) and consequently BULB are using estimates which seem to be a lot higher than last year over the same time period - despite having had a new and more efficient gas boiler installed last Nov. Can I get somebody to repair or replace meters please?

I’m sorry your meters aren’t working smart like they should do.
I can see you were emailed in October last year about replacing your faulty electricity meter, so I’m really sorry this wasn’t followed up with.
