Every time I ask this question “contact Bulb” I get sent from one site to another to achieve NOTHING!!! Just give me an E-mail address for gods sake, you driving me mad! “Chat” doesn’t exist. Why do you want to make life so difficult? or are you trying to get rid of your customers?
Have you looked at the bottom of the “Help” page linked from the menu at the top?
What happens when you type “contact Bulb” into the search box on the “Help” page? Do you not see a link to the knowledge base article “How can I contact Bulb?” as the first search result returned?
