@robertgb_1 have you tried phoning Bulb’s Customer Support number? I know you very well may have, however, I’ve managed to talk to a human twice, yesterday and today. I just requested a call back, done when phoning their support number. They called back within 45min.
As things stand I don’t think you will find customer support on the forums. At least I’m not seeing any Bulb employees answering questions here, especially anything account specific.

Someone will call you for sure now you’ve given your phone number to everyone on the internet. Probably not Bulb though. I’d suggest using the Help page to locate their contact details?
