I have sent a number of emails but bulb have never replied. Anyone else experienced this issue . Customer service is terrible.

I’ve never encountered any problems with email to - you should get an auto-acknowledgement back at the very least: did you get one?

If you didn’t even get the auto-response, then I’d guess there’s an issue with emails between you and Bulb somewhere (have you checked your spam folder just in case?). If that’s the case, please try reaching out to Bulb via phone or live chat (see ) and they should be able to help.
