I doubt anyone would be able to respond 1 minute between your two messages?

You possibly may have to wait until Monday for a response from the Bulb team, their normal hours are : 9am-6pm Monday-Friday?

The only individuals I would think on the forum at this time of night are some sad customers just like me who pop onto the forum in between doing other things.
