Crazy estimate value skewing my bill

I’m new to bulb and submitted all of the readings as requested while I was switching but I’ve now got a crazy gas meter estimate showing in my history (readings around 1300 / estimate is 12!!). Is there a way to correct this please?

I think I’ve found where this is coming from…my previous supplier (EDF) used readings from the smart meter so the readings were incremental differences in readings rather than actual meter readings. It looks like my final edf usage (+12kwh) has overwritten the original meter reading I submitted. Anyone know if I’m likely to be charged more for this error and how I correct it please?

I’ve found the chat support thing today, submitted some pictures of meter readings and my bills are being adjusted now :slight_smile:
