Credit balance

Dear Bulb,

I have a £50 referral credit on my account- can this be put against my next month’s bill?


Hi @corrie, Id normally recommend keeping your bills the same and instead withdrawing the referral credit to your bank account if you’d like to.

That way it avoids confusion over the amount of money you spent on energy and you don’t have to worry about your direct debit amount potentially being lower than it needs to be in future.

It’s probably easiest to contact Bulb by phone to request the transfer (0300 30 30 635) or via the web chat at the bottom right of the help page here.
