My meter went into safe mode before I was due a smart meter. I topped up as normal and put a lot more on than I had too. I got my smart meter fitted but no sign of me being credited. I’ve emailed bulb several times but as of yet still not had a reply. Has anyone had this too. As I no I’ve not used £145 in a month

It can be difficult to know the exact usage during the time that an electricity is in failsafe mode. We receive data about these older meter types sporadically, so working out costs isn’t always 100% accurate.
