I have an outstanding credit from my previous suppliers. They tell me it will be refunded when they receive readings from bulb, which I have already provided. How can I make sure these readings are forwarded?

Bulb would have sent these readings automatically to the ‘independent third party’ which oversees meter readings and coordinates switch overs. They’ve then got to validate the readings (no, I’ve got no idea what they do at this stage or why it can take weeks!) and then forward them to your old supplier who then has to raise the closing bill.
