I have a credit on my account and am paying enough via direct debit to more than cover my current monthly usage. Could you refund me this please?
Also, I’ve given meter readings online but the readings you have still say estimated?
@jon428 Our member’s usually build up a credit in the summer and then use this to help with the higher winter bills. This means you don’t have to end up paying more per month in the winter. If you would prefer credit back now and to increase payments in the winter then that is fine, just let us know.
The meter readings you have given us should now be visible on your MyBulb. Let me know if this still isn’t showing.
