As nobody is bothering to reply to my emails except to send me pointless FAQ information I thought I would try on here. Kindly refund my full credit balance immediately. I have emailed again and raised a formal complaint now and this will be passed to the Energy Ombudsman in 6 weeks on the 22nd of November.
I now have a solar battery system installed and my grid usage has dropped by 70% so you have no reason to hold this credit. I have reduced my monthly payments and will reduce them further shortly as I get used to the new solar system.
