And maybe my DD amount can be adjusted to prevent this happening again. I can only take it down to £53 myself, I think.
Hi @stickybackedplastic thanks for giving us your meter reads today. They were a little higher than we had been estimating, so what I suggest is that we see exactly what your credit is when we next bill you (in about 12 days). Based on your balance at that point, we can definitely refund your outstanding credit and lower your payment further.
