Hi @Lucysim9 & @Marlon , we needed to keep 1 month’s credit in your account’s but I’ve processed the rest of your credit for you, it should be with you in the next 5 days or so :slight_smile:

Bulb take payment in advance (basically this is one month in advance) of your energy usage. I’m a fairly new customer but this was clearly explained to me when I joined Bulb. Please also see: https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115003405632-How-do-Bulb-payments-and-statements-work-
