Credit refund

Hi there, is it possible To request a refund of credit on my please? I have made My first payment and had my referral bonus so quite a bit on there.

Awesome to hear you’ve got someone on board, good stuff! You can drop help@bulb.co.uk or have a chat with @“Eleanor at Bulb” to request a balance refund. Just make sure you’ve submitted an up-to-date meter reading, you’ll also need to make sure you leave at least a month’s worth of credit on the balance before the request - happy days!

How do you cancel the contract

@Zeps you can cancel the switch on your Bulb Account. If your switch date has passed, you’ll need to switch to another supplier which takes 21 days.
