I have logged in online and have a months payment £160 (higher than the months usage of approx £130) and £52 over too. Can i get the £52 refunded. Thanks. M FREEMAN.

This help article at https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115003394031 should let you know what Bulb needs (namely an up to date meeting reading) before they can process a refund of credit (and it provides their contact email address as well to request it - requests on this public community forum may get missed accidentially).
