Credit Refund

Hi,

I’ve tried to get a £200 credit refund twice now via live chat but don’t seem to be getting anything sent back to me. The first live chat I thought everything was sorted, but after a few days of nothing appearing in my account I got back in touch. The 2nd time I used live chat I asked why no refund, this was because I didn’t provide my bank details. So now after a couple more days of waiting as requested, I thought the money would appear, but still nothing. Anybody got any more ideas? Is it worth just changing providers instead? Seem to be hitting a brick wall…

I’m just a customer so can’t answer your question, but …

  1. If you pay your Bulb account by DD then Bulb will already have your bank details

  2. Did you follow the suggested process for requesting a refund which is mentioned on the Help pages?
