Credit where credit's due!!!

In the past I’ve been a bit critical of Bulb for getting slower at refunding credit to customers. That was my experience and taking up to six days before the money was in my account…
However, on the past two occasions I’ve requested a credit refund the money has been in my bank account at the end of the day I requested it.
That’s great customer service so well done to Bulb!!! Still think the company is great in my experience. The downsides are that call waiting times are creeping up. Last time i called customer services it took fifteen minutes to get through at 2.15 pm… The second issue is the rollout of smart meters and the associated customer service which has been terrible. Thank God I don’t have a smart meter, furthermore I have no intention of getting one until ALL the technical issues are sorted out!!
