Hi, how do I claim back credit in my account?

Hey @vonslam , to claim credit back you currently need to chat to someone at Team Bulb. Either email, private message or give us a call and we can check your account.

As a heads up though, we’ll be looking for a recent set of meter readings to confirm that the balance on the account is accurate. We also look to leave 1.5 payments in the account to give a little credit buffer going into the winter months :slight_smile:
