Hi @Michelle_K_80 It looks like your first bill was a credit, as the opening reading we got from the old supplier was too high. This has meant we’ve billed you negatively and therefore credited the account.

We’ll need to raise a read dispute with the old supplier to amend the opening electricity reading to something more sensible. We have done this now and the process usually take around 2 weeks to sort. Once we’ve amended it, we’ll reissue a statement and can refund you some of the credit then once we have a better idea of your usage.
