Hi, I recently closed down my bulb account as I moved home. I had £170. In credit. I have shut my account down and have actually just reopened one up for my new house. I would like my credit back. How do I go about doing this?

We’ve just sent out your final bill and any credit left over will be automatically refunded to the same bank account that you were paying us with previously. That should be back with you in the next 5 working days.
