Could you tell me what happens to credit on account

Hi @Charlie6 If you have credit on your account, simply send us some up to date meter readings, we will check that we’ve been billing you accurately, and then can refund any excess credit on your account!

The only thing to be aware of is that, as we take a payment in advance here at Bulb, all we ask our members is to keep a minimum of one month’s payment in your account at any time to pay for the current month’s usage.
