You’ll need to have recently supplied Bulb with meter readings (so they don’t have to ask for the money back for next month’s bill!) and then, according to https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115003394031-How-can-I-withdraw-credit-from-my-account- , just drop Bulb an email at email@example.com .
