Current electricity supplier & switch

Hi there,

I moved in to a new house on 8th April 219. According to the letting agents, the current electricity supplier was not Bulb. So I started to switch for Bulb but have not received any Welcome pack or email or anything else from you. But when I check online who is my current supplier (done this morning), it is stated it is Bulb.

Can you update me on that matter, probably on a private chat ?
