So the promised email about my issue that I raised didn’t come and now they’ve closed the chat down without resolving things. I’ll be leaving bulb as soon as I can. Really poor!
Just ring em up!!! I’ve never had a problem and when I rang recently wait times on the phone were ten mins!!!
