Bulb customer service is very poor. I went on live chat from start to finish it took 45 minutes with live chat host Emma typically responding every 5-10 minute inbetween my reply I THOUGHT LIVE CHAT WAS ONE ON ONE CHAT
Their fastest response times are Wednesday to Friday, 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm. It’s likely never one-on-one chat as that would just be too inefficient. Was your live chat issue resolved satisfactorily?

I don’t think 5 to 10 minutes between each conversation can be considered satisfactory.
