What’s the best way to communicate with Bulb. Tried email, slow or no response. Tried live chat. Waited a long time as ‘they were busy’ so gave up.

What about telephone?

I just gave up after waiting 15 minutes for some to answer the phone. I just switched to Bulb, is the customer service always this poor?
