Customer supplied readings not visible in app

Since moving to bulb in April i have supplied actual customer readings for both gas and electricity upon takeover and each month, however the app does not show any electric readings other than one that is NOT my takeover one.
I am getting thanks for your meter reading e-mails for both each time i enter them but the app for electricity usage does not reflect these.
Bulb help chat states the readings have not been verified ??? (Confused emoticon)
Question to bulb, please can you arrange for your “thanks for your readings update” email to actually show the readings that have just been input by via the app.
I also have my previous supplier taking payments since bulbs takeover so i am paying two suppliers for the last 4 months, how is this possible.
