I have a new smart meter and ever since I have received daily email statements. How do I change it so I only get 1 a month?

I’m really sorry that you’ve been receiving daily statements, that shouldn’t be happening. With smart meters, you should only get a statement once a month just after your billing date.
In light of this, I’ve raised this with our billing team to get this fixed. I’ve sent you an email so that we can stay in touch there, and I’ll let you know as soon as this has been sorted.

I’ve just emailed @Ellie1 about this but I thought I’d share this here as well in case anyone else has been affected. This is an issue that’s affecting a small amount of accounts, and our operations team are working on a fix imminently.
Feel free to comment here if the same thing has happened to you, and we’ll pause billing on your account so that the emails stop clogging up your inbox.
