Daily usage not updating on my online account … been great until the 16th Nov, could see Exactly what I used every day, suddenly stopped updating … rang bulb, it’s updating on their system , why not on my screen ??? TIA

If Bulb don’t know, the chances of any fellow customers on this forum knowing are zero.

Mine is the same, no electric/gas usage has been added to the graph since November 16th.
