Day rate and night rate readings keep changing over

Having to contact bulb every month since moving over in March as even though I gave my electricity readings the right way round, they keep putting my day rate reading as my night rate and vice versa. Thought it was sorted last week but after a few days, my readings are the wrong way round again.
Will be contacting them again. There is obviously a fault with their app and website.

Same thing Is happening to me and now I’m supposedly in debt of over £250 . I shouldn’t even be on a day/ night rate meter anymore as I’ve got central heating

I actually had the same problem with my old supplier but they sorted it out and I had no problem thereafter but they were more expensive than bulb. While sorting it out last week, I also put a complaint in. I will be taking it further if this doesn’t get sorted out.
