DD payment and billing

I have not had any reminder emails for meter readings or payments this month (February 2019). Nor has a payment been taken from my bank (DD) on the 16th as per usual. I haven’t had a monthly statement either. Is everything ok, or have you gone bust?

They haven’t gone Bust. But they do seem to have some very dodgy software.

I’d suggest contacting them via private communication to discuss your problem. There’s nothing other customers can do for you on this public forum.

They do, but you’ll likely get a faster response if you directly open a ticket rather than waiting for any Bulb staff to see this thread. The community is primarily for customer to customer discussion.
