I had an e-mail on 27th September to inform me that my bill was £77. Got an e-mail today threatening me with debt collectors. Three days guys. If I had been away on holiday would I have come home to find my door forced open so that the debt could be collected?
I was going to phone the call centre but was told that there was a 20 minute wait. Instead I have used that 20 minutes to pay the bill and start looking for another energy company
