Definitely glitch I don't like

I know I keep experiencing glitches too many times to want to be doing with regards to my account not being able to be viewed as and when I want to do… this issue today has driven me insane and there is no way to contact anyone at Bulb to be able to inform of the issue.
This issue does need addressing as soon as possible please?

i have found that refreshing the page repeatedly gets it to load eventually when this happens. still should be fixed.
