Delay in bulb taking over gas account

Bulb has delayed taking over the gas side of our account. Is this normal for them?
The electric moved over no problem, we are a little worried if we have made a mistake moving to Bulb now

We do sometimes have delays in the information passing between the companies, but we should always make sure you have an easy switching experience.
