Delay in switch

Bulb were due to take over our energy supply on the 22nd but we’ve had no information whatsoever.

Have you not had a number of emails from the time you joined Bulb to the time of your switch, these provide details of your switch progress? How did you know the switch was meant to take place on 22 of September?

Does Bulb have your correct email address (please don’t post the address on this forum), or are the emails arriving in your Spam folder?
