Deposit hasn't been refunded

I paid a £133 deposit last year when signing up to Bulb and this was due to be refunded to my account on 6 March. This still hasn’t been refunded to my bank account, i web-chatted with Bulb and was told it would take 10 days but still no money returned.

When should I expect this?

I can see this refund of your deposit was requested on 7th March after it was not automatically issued back. We do advise to give 10 working days for this, apologies if that was not made clear. This would be Monday 21st March.

If you have not heard back from us by the end of day Monday and the refund has not been made, please do get back in touch.
