Didn't receive my referral credit

I referred a family member to switch to bulb, which they did do using the referral code.

However neither of us have received our credit and it’s been almost 2 months now.

Where do I go from here? Thanks.

Did both of you receive notification emails at the time of your family member joining (i.e. not the actual switch) Bulb?
