Different names

I would like to confirm. We have changed British Gas for Bulb. On BG account was my partner name, but on Bulb will be mine. Adrees is the same. The change will be done by name or adrees only?

Thanks for getting in touch. When switching suppliers we only use your supply point numbers to identify your property (MPAN and MPRN). We would never disclose any personal information about our members to make sure your data is protected. This means it doesnโ€™t matter which name you sign up with, as long as youโ€™ve selected the correct address your switch should go ahead without a hitch. :slight_smile:
