Difficulty signing in to my account

Hello I am a new customer and you need my meter readings but I can’t access an account.

Hi @lilwoodsy, I can see on your account that you managed to get in touch with us and entered in those readings. We’re aware of some login issues we have since we introduced ‘passworldess login’. We’ll be bringing back the good ol’ password login, within the next week or two. We’ve got your readings in, but the gas reading is still being processed as we’re waiting on some details from your old supplier. All quite normal for this stage of the switch, so I wouldn’t worry about it! Have a great week :smile:
