You can call Bulb on 0300300 30 30 635, from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) or send an email to help@bulb.co.uk.

You can also manage your direct debit for your Bulb account. Just head to the payments and statements tab and head to ‘payment settings’ :slight_smile:
