Why would you up my direct debit by £11 per month when I am £120 in credit?
When you are that far in credit, it clearly isn’t to establish a winter buffer. Don’t let them fob you off.

I would also recommend submitting an up-to-date meter reading if you haven’t already so that way our systems can factor that in when calculating your new payment suggestion.
