Direct debit issues?

We switched from SSE to bulb and was confirmed a DD will commence on the 4th of april however our bulb account states the payment has been made but a. my balance is £0.00? b. the money is still in the bank and no transaction has happened? I’ve also noted our monthly DD should be around £47 although on the payments page i’m recommended to pay £75? that’s £12 more than what i was paying with SSE… I switched so it’d be cheaper not more expensive!
