Hi I am new customer and new to the forum. Bulb have taken my direct debit earlier than agreed and made me withdrawn. Not a happy bulb bunny . Gggrrrrr

When did you switch to Bulb and when did Bulb take your first payment? Is it the first payment which you are querying?

I would chat online with them. Just been on with them and they are so helpful and efficient
