Hello Bulb, I’ve noticed our monthly direct debit hasn’t been taken for May, it normally goes out on 4th but I assume the bank holiday might have disrupted things? Can you please look into it, thanks.

Hi I’ve just been informed that my Direct Debit has not been taken out for May. The email asked me to take out a Direct Debit but this has to be done through Bulb. Please can you help me?
