Direct Debit not taken

Hi, I’ve had a few DD’s not being taken, but the balance was covered from account balance. I’ve since sent in manual top up and rechecked details, all seem to be correct. I’m waiting for my manual top up to go in but I don’t know whats going on?

NOTE - Please dont charge them all at once! >.<

I’ll do what I can ASAP, need to wait until next payday to be able to top up phone credit next week, is this okay?

Hi @AlexBlackmoore - that’s fine :smile: It looks like there were some problems with your Direct Debit but these should be resolved now.

So my DD should be taken as usual now?
