Just received an e-mail saying my direct debit payment will be take in the next 3 days. Slightly confused as you took Jan’s payment on 4th!!! I cannot afford another payment to go out this month.
Thanks for your post, I can imagine that email was quite confusing!
We had some communication delays with payment reminder emails from December, Please do not worry we will not request another January payment.
We have taken the feedback onboard to ensure these duplicate reminders do not get sent again.
