Been with bulb a few months. Had no problems till this month. Payment was meant to be taken on the 11th but still hasn’t gone. All other DD’s went out fine.
You will have to contact bulb by phone or webchat and get them to manually reset your account. Not by snail mail
Same issue with my account. I ended up doing a top up payment on the web site.
